Shipping & Returns
We use Australia Post and Sendle Couriers for our deliveries.
All parcels are dispatched no later than the next business day. Express Post is an available paid upgrade otherwise we offer free courier delivery across Australia. Delivery times for express range from 1 - 3 business days and standard 1 - 6 business days.
Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and link to track your shipment.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
All standard post courier deliveries require signature on delivery, unless you provide order notes requesting a parcel to be left in a safe place. In this case, you accept the risk with your parcel being left unattended. If it is subsequently stolen, we will not be held responsible.
Returns will only be accepted where the product is damaged and is not fit for purpose, in line with Australian Consumer Laws. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind. Where a return is permitted, our shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the final refund amount; unless the return is due to a major defect. Refunds will also be made to the original method of payment.
If your parcel is returned to us due following a failed delivery, incorrect delivery address or uncollected parcel pickup, we are not responsible for the subsequent delivery costs. You will be required to pay an additional shipping fee (at cost) for us to send your parcel again.
